Good Morning!
My family and I are new to the chicken game but we're getting the hang of it! Right now we have 10 chicks with 9 more arriving at the end of the month! For our current chicks we have....
- 3 red rangers(4 1/2 weeks old)
- 3 Asian(4 1/2 weeks old)
- 4 Easter Eggers (3 1/2 weeks old)
....and we're looking forward to our new Rhode Island Reds and California Whites arriving at the end of the month!
So far it's been great getting to know the little ones and their personalities! The Asians are all super sweet and love to have their breasts scratched and I'm enjoying how mellow our Easter Eggers are. The Red Rangers one the other hand are big bullies! They're rather aggressive...
A little about me... I've grown up riding horses since I was six. We also have an Australian Shepherd who absolutely loves watching the chicks in the brooder!
I'm looking forward to all the knowledge that can be gained on this site and sharing some of my own experiences!
