Hi All,
I've had chickens on and off for a while now, but am no expert and am finding there's so much more to learn. I'm planning on expanding my teeny flock, but want to build a 'future-proof' henhouse/coop and run (or palace, as my partner who has heard my plans, calls it) for when the chicken maths kicks in and my 3-girl flock grows, and grows . . .and, inevitably, grows. I'm looking forward to reading all there is to read on the site and learn from the wealth of experience here in the forum.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. BYC has a large Aussie community and a thread called "Australia, six states and one funny little island. " where you will be able to read the local goings-on and post your questions .
