Welcome to BYC. I'm sorry for your losses. A simple covered run, using 19ga, 1/2" hardware cloth will protect your remaining hen. She will need company, so build it for at least 3 hens. 4' to 6' x 10' should be fine. You can place an extra large cat litter box of dirt in the run for a dust bath. Some roosts will help keep them entertained as well.
