Thank you so much everyone! I think we should be good with our space, we will have 14 it looks like, and are building an 8 x 10 coop, and before they get too big we are adding approx. 2500 sq. ft. of enclosed run space. The ventilation tips are appreciated, after a little more reading, sounds very important!
