New chicken mama with 3 week old pullets, I picked 2 Buffs and 2 Leghorns. We had them a week Sunday and we noticed Thursday that 1 gal was bobbing her head and has mouth open not eating or drinking. So we felt her gullet area and could feel a clump. My son (22) put a tiny straw down throat to check if blockage with nothing. I have a syringe and used it for olive oil and some water off and on. Today I gave it sugar water drips with her acting better. But she is still head bobbing and not really acting like the others. I was reading that they can have seizures which is what it looks like.

Can you take a video of her actions? Upload to youtube and provide a link.
Photos of her may be helpful as well.
Is she pooping at all?
The best way to check a crop is by feeling of it. It's on the right hand side of the breast. Check it first thing in the morning before she has had anything to eat/drink, it should be empty.

If you are feeling a clump, then it may be impacted. Oil is fine, just be careful syringing since they can choke. Gently massage the crop to see if you can get what's in there broken up.
Do the best you can to get her hydrated. With a chick that small, I would suspect she ate bedding, but it's hard to know. Let us know how she's doing.
