Hi! Welcome to BYC! FYI, rule of thumb for a cool and run is, 4sf per bird in the coop and 10sf per bird in the run. That would be

Ugh...this tablet has a mind of its own. I was going to say that wouldn't be enough room for my chickens. They would peck at each other. Are you looking for a 3x3 coop, as in 9 square feet??? That's enough room for one full grown chicken.

I have 2 hens and are besties. Right now I have a coop that's a 3×3sqft and a run thats 12x3 sqft. I want to increase the space of the run by 6ft x 3ft and add another coop. The girls also get to free range 4 times a day from 15 to 45 mins
