X2 ,,,, Absolutely no corn & scratch or you will have a casualty real fastIn Arizona, our chickens do fine in 115 deg summers with a few little amenities, like frozen bottles of water (both in their water reservoir to keep it cool and just laying in the run for them to snuggle up against), access to shade, and plenty of ventilation. Also, don't feed corn or scratch during the hot weather as it increases their body temp. Good luck!
