I do hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flocks, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)

You have a big head start on me with poultry, lol, good for you! Raising poultry is one of those hobbies a person can do for most their life. It would be fun to see some photos of your animals if you'd care to share.

Thank you for the kind words! I've shown many different breeds but some of my favorites are buff laced polishes, Japanese bantams, Rhode Island reds, brown leghorns, d'uccles, and sicilian buttercups. I've also shown black Swedish ducks. This year, I'm planning on raising a pair of American buff geese and showing them, and I'm very excited. :D
