Hi All, so excited to join this forum.
I live in a suburban setting in Northern California (Silicon Valley) and have always wanted to raise chickens for eggs. After researching and a bit hesitant, I think I'd rather start with a few quails. Now I'm obsessed with getting a few quails. I'm going to start with 4 female quails and set them up in a natural habitat in my backyard. Just trying to figure out what the best flooring should be for easy and low maintenance setup (dirt, sand, etc.).
Looking forward to reading and searching through the quail forums to learn as much as I can, set it all up before I purchase my quails.
Thank You
