New Member Introduction

Hi BackYard Chickens-

I am so glad to have found you. I do not have chickens yet but hope to be able to have them within a year or two. We are planning to build a house in Green Valley and I hope to have chickens and goats on our land - maybe a horse or two as well. I have NO experience and the climate and my concern about predators has me seeking lots of information.

I will mostly lurk and read the information you all give and eventually I will probably start asking questions.
