Hi all,
I just finished building a coop and an extra large run, but I have no chickens! The ready-to-lay hens from the local farm store have had their beaks trimmed and I just cant do it. Is anyone here near Kingston Ontario selling young laying hens? Or know of where I can go to get my first flock started? I'm not particular about breed, but I'd like them to be somewhere between 2 and 8 months old.
