I use VetriCyn for just about everything. This wound is deep so if that isn't working fast enough...I have also used honey. Honey will not only keep it from getting infected but it heals really, really fast. I had two male dogs get into a bad, bad fight. One was literally ripped open on the back. I irrigated it with saline, poured honey right into the wound and kept it clean. You could see the muscles grow right back together and it never got infected. The only way to do this with a chicken would be to keep her inside in a clean crate using towels instead of bedding.
As the others have said, over crowding causes a lot of issues.

Welcome to BYC. Separate the pecked birds from the flock and protect them from flies by applying antibiotic ointment. Frequently such cannibalism is caused by over crowding.

My go to is the vetericyn.
