Welcome :D. You may want to add 3or4 more hens to keep your rooster from overbreeding the ones you have now. Loads of information in the forums about integrating new chickens into your flock.

I have been thinking about that, but don't want to rock the boat! Everyone gets along well now, I've read so much about problems introducing new hens that it has me spooked. But I will look into it, thanks!
 
Very nice to start something like this I am new to and I love my silkies and I want to know more about silkies so if you have any tips on how to bath silkies I am all open and I also can give some tips to about chickens, silkies, and ducks so
