Sorry about your losses. We used to have predator issues. I'd watch sales for solar motion lights and put a few of those around your coop/run and yard. They make pretty ones too. We've got some that are roses and other flowers, and others that shine a bright beam and light up one complete side of the coop. Our dogs help too, as well as a few giant wind spinners.
