Hi all, I'm Stephen and am in very rural Laos in SE Asia and raise meat and egg chickens, ducks and turkeys. I'm pretty new to this although I studied a unit of poultry husbandry a lifetime ago. We have a restaurant so the produce is mainly aimed at supplying it and the occasional give away. Very keen to learn more on feeding rates and optimal flock sizes etc.
