I've been using BYC for a few months now getting our chicks off to a good start. What a great resource this has been. Well I figured it was about time I setup an account and start contributing to the community instead of just searching and running off with the information to apply at home.

I look forward to continue using this resource and maybe even being able to contribute from time to time. Thanks for all the great information contributors like you have added.

Figured I should include a picture of what we converted over to a chicken coop. The coop has been painted a nice green color since the photo. What else is missing? I'm sure most of you are going to tell me a cover I plan to build a second run to alternate from and plan to make it 2 or 3 times the size. I would like to use this run (shown in picture) to collect top soil from for our gardens.
