I just started raising chickens for laying. I think I messed up with my older hens and started them on laying feed too early. I don't know what to do now. They've been on it for a month and a half now.

How old are they? Don't worry too much - we can overthink things sometimes

They've got to be about 13-14 weeks now and I started them on it at probably 8 weeks

Ok, go back to growers or general flock feed until you get your first egg - then go back to layers feed. They'll be fine - nothing to worry about. You could keep with non- layers feed and offer oyster shell in a separate feeder - that suits a flock of different ages perfectly.
