No, my main thing was growing out young pullets and roosters to sell.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens. You may want to check out the "meat bird" threads if you plan to consider them. Generally folks get "Cornish x," that are ready to process by 8-10 weeks, I believe but there are other choices.
