Silkies but I'm thirsty for more
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
Having the ability to put a smile on every child's face when they visit my home. Also,,who doesn't like to just sit and watch chickens?
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Raising running ducks, photography,gardening, nursing abandoned dogs and cats back to health and finding them homes.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Retired early from nursing ,cotton farmer's daughter, married 25 years, mother of two kids, two dogs and two cats. If you over hear someone talking about a woman that lives in the middle of nowhere, they are talking about me.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Google search,,,,,ya just kept popping up,,,so many brains on here to pick too! So much good information!
