is it ok if some chicks hatch before?
I started with one incubator from a friend. currently has 3 eggs in there about to peep.

A two weeks later I bought my own and put 10 silkies and 8 ophington eggs in there.
would they have any issues if I put them in the same brooder?

Are you talking about mixing chicks in the brooder? You can mix in young chicks to 2 week olds, no older. Babies can be trampled and need a more quiet brooder. It's really best to keep staggered hatches brooder separately.
