Nice improvement from prefab one. Will you cover soffits with hardware cloth for ventilation?. Looks very sturdy , maybe I missed it but how many chickens total will you have.

I would remove the chicken wire from the bottom of the coop and replace it with 1/2" hardware cloth. Install HC over the openings between the rafters. You can add a piece of trim board to help reinforce it and cover the cut edge.

You need some drip edge under your roof panels and some aluminum fascia to cover your sub-fascia so it doesn't rot. I don't see any purlins supporting your roof. You typically need purlins every 2 feet to support tin or polycarbonate roofing.
I'd also open up a top hinged window in the back over the nest boxes. The more ventilation you can have the better. Those nice roof over hangs will allow you to do that and leave the windows wide open even during heavy rain.

I was going to use either a double layer of wire or hardware cloth along with that is there. I have a lot of the "chicken wire" to use up. I am also jot a big fan of chicken wire. I have closed in the eaves. I have a lot of trim work to do but I want to move the girls over to their new coop asap. The coop itself is 96"inches x 61"inches. The run measures 8'ft x 12'ft with the underside of the coop as an additional space for the run.
Here is a question for you. What are your thoughts about a hardwood mulch bed for the floor of the run?

There is about 10-inches of space between the top of the nesting boxes and the eaves . If I put either chicken wire of hardware cloth between each joist. Frame out the opening to be as wide as the nesting boxes. And put 5hemnon a simple hinge and prop rod do you think that would be enough of an opening to promote ventilation?

I am going to add a hinged window with hardware cloth above the nesting boxes. It is very sturdy. I have 11 chickens. 3 Buff Orpingtons, 4 Barred Rock Hens and 4 Production Reds.
