Hi! I am Toni and live in southern MD. I am new to chickens. I am in the reading and assimilating stage. Looking for what kind of coop to use - run - compost run? All of the things. I have always wanted chickens but haven't had the time. Now I have time and am excited to learn from all of you!

Welcome to the coop! I use the Forums and Articles tabs at the top of the page to do research. You can get lost for hours. It's nice to know you are minutes away from getting help with questions and emergencies!
My best advice is "DON'T" purchase a prefab coop online or in a store. Build or buy a wooden shed big enough for you to walk into/ and around in.
