Hopefully found a home for asking questions and getting help from the wealth of knowledge from all the members, Clare and I have a 42 acre croft on an island on the west coast of Scotland, we have kept Rhode Island Reds, rescues from battery farms in the past we have had about 60 now down to about 10. We also have 3 Muscovy ducks, all happy to roam, main threats are american mink imported to the mainland and now endemic and crows will take a chicken now and again.
