I posted from poultrydvm. I have unfortunately become experienced with infectious coryza. Any swollen sinuses or facial swelling, nasal and/or eye discharge? Do you live in the SE United States or CA?
No other symptoms other than the one swollen wattle. Her poop looks normal and she is still scratching and acting normal. I do live in northern Alabama.

I can’t find a local vet to see her but I did talk to someone at a local feed store and I’m going to treat her with doxicycline to see if that will help.

IC (infectious coryza) in the United States is primarily an issue for chickens in CA and the SE USA. If you are able to test, I think it is a good idea. Both IC and FC are DNA tests that only require swabs. On the form FC is Pasteurella multocida and IC is Avibacterium Paragallinarum. https://www.vetdna.com/application/forms/aviansubmittalform.pdf
