How do I go about getting that? I tried my local feed stores and they no longer carry poultry antibiotics. They did suggest buying doxycycline at a pet store. Would that work?
Doxy is not as specific but regardless, you cannot get it now (after laws changed) without a script.

It just seems odd it's only one wattle. Until you can figure out further what it is or get your meds you choose to purchase to try treating it, I'd up her immune system in the meantime with probiotics and vitamins. Hydro-Hen is what we use here and it's electrolytes plus probiotics, and for vitamins, Nutra-Drench or Poultry Cell.

That’s what I thought too! I definitely plan to do that!

I agree with building up the immune system and probiotics. All roads lead to bacterial infection. Even if it is edema from an infection - it is most likely bacterial.
