I thought about that but her wattle seems to be getting larger compared to yesterday and I’m assuming an insect bite would start to go down over time not get worse

If you can get your hands on Oxytetracline, it is used to treat both IC and FC.

How do I go about getting that? I tried my local feed stores and they no longer carry poultry antibiotics. They did suggest buying doxycycline at a pet store. Would that work?

I got my Oxytetracycline from my vet. However to get it without a script, you have to get antibiotics for birds: https://pigeonsuppliesplus.com/products/oxytetracycline-10-pdr-100-grams

Doxy is not as specific but regardless, you cannot get it now (after laws changed) without a script.

Until you can figure out further what it is or get your meds you choose to purchase to try treating it, I'd up her immune system in the meantime with probiotics and vitamins. Hydro-Hen is what we use here and it's electrolytes plus probiotics, and for vitamins, Nutra-Drench or Poultry Cell.

I agree with building up the immune system and probiotics. All roads lead to bacterial infection. Even if it is edema from an infection - it is most likely bacterial.
