Every state has a forum here, and here is West Virginia's. We're not allowed to buy/sell in those forums as that's what the actual Buy/Sell/Trade forum is for, but it doesn't hurt for you to introduce yourself and mention you're trying to rehome some ducks.

I've also used Facebook poultry groups for my state/location to peddle chicks and do pretty good.
