As has been pointed out, you need a much larger coop before they mature to prevent infighting and health issues. A large secure run can make a big difference also. You will need a space where they are secure when predators show up and when the weather is bad.
I know, from experience, how tempting adding more chickens can be, but for their health and your sanity, its best to keep your flock at a manageable number.
