Hi everyone I'm mihan. I had some experience working with chicken on a goat farm, although it was just feeding and letting the chicken out of their coop, nothing too fancy. So I would say I'm new to raising chicken, and now I'm taking care of the 16 chicken that came with the hobby farm. I'm not too sure about the breeds. I know 10 of them are New Holland, the others I couldn't quite identify yet. I love how they are very happy to see me every morning, although that might have more to do with the food I'm bring them. And of course getting fresh eggs everyday, even in winter in northern Wisconsin is always rewarding.
As I said I'm quite new to raising chicken. Luckily they are hardy enough to bear with me while I learn. I would love to learn more from this thread.
