Hello from Antioch, IL..
Here is our chicken family......
We have 3 roosters ( 1-Japanese Bantan, 1-Silkie, 1- Americanna) and 2 Hens (1-Japanese Bantan, 1-Silkie). Plus, we have 3 babies which we have found a new home for.
I must say my favorite relaxing time is hanging out with them.

you are gonna need a whole lot more of chickens if you have 3 roosters, otherwise your hens will be battered up or hiding in the coop and refusing to come out. I think the math is about 1 rooster per 8-10 hens otherwise the girls get seriously overbred.
