Hey y'all! I am Mo and my wife's name is Sarah. We live on four acres just outside Beebe, Arkansas with our 6 red sex link hens, 4 goats, 2 horses, 3 dogs and 4 cats. We will soon be adding meat rabbits, quail and a 20x30 aquaponics greenhouse. We are excited about reading this forum to gather even more information about the chicken aspect of our self-sustaining lifestyle. As we can't wait to get to know everyone better.

Thanks everybody! That is a warm welcome for such a cold, dreary day. It is raining at the moment, temps are falling quickly and they are predicting snow and ice later. Of course that is nothing for many of you, but for us it's a big deal! All of the critters (and yes, they keep us very busy) are snug in their shelters and we are piled up on the couch reading the great posts on this forum.


Reality is all that stands between me and greatness.
