My wife, Fran and I have had chickens now for about a year. We have 7 Rhode Island Reds and 7 others. Different breeds. Two Silkies and one Polish bantams. The Reds lay daily the others not so much.
3 Blue Andelusians that are still too young to produce eggs. We have one Rooster who is an Americana.
I built the chicken enclosures are for their safety as we have lots of hawks. They have coops within the enclosures. We have separated the Reds because they attack the others. The Andelusians are the most recent and were mixed with the Silkies when they were babies.
The problem we have is one of the Reds is pecking the others eggs and we are trying to figure out which one or maybe two?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
We also have goats!
