I would like to take a moment and introduce ourselves, we are new to the board. We are Kevin, Kelly and Kohl Glascock, we are from Syracuse, MO, a small town in central Missouri. We are very active in 4H, both Tipton Club and Moniteau county and Kohl chose poultry (chicken egg layers) as one of his 4H projects. We've been on here a lot over that last 3-4 months, and have learned a lot from these pages. We have 16 chicks, 11 Rhode Island Reds and 5 Rhode Island Whites, that we got a week ago this past Thursday. It has been a interesting adventure as none of us has raised chickens before. I will get some picture of them up soon. I also would like to thank you all for this board and the information there, we would have been completely lost with out it.
