Omgoodness all of the horses on you site are beautiful!! Silly question I guess but is Iceman an albino? (or whatever the correct term is for horses?)
I think I'm in love with Jetta and the Palominos are beautiful I've always loved palominos! My mother's neighbors have a beautiful Palomino named Golden Boy him and my parents mare sugar like to talk back and forth with each other from their pastures which are only separated by a small road on the back side.
How's the horse business? is that what you do for work? That would be amazing to do what you love as a job!
As for your albino question- horses dont have the genes to be albino
Iceman's color is "perlino" (perlinos and cremellos carry two copies of the creme gene- VERY much like a splash chicken carries two copies of the blue gene). A buckskin is a genetically bay horse with one creme gene, a palmino is a genetically sorrel horse with one creme gene... a perlino is a bay with 2 creme genes, and a cremello is a sorrel with 2 creme genes. If you'd like me to stop there, I shall- but if you'd like to go farther, just tell me! I LOVE genetics!!!
This site has more pics and info about horses with the creme gene...

As for work, and how the horse business is going- Horse prices are rock bottom right now, so it is hard to sell horses, but there is still a market for good broke horses, fast horses, good stallions at stud, lessons, trail rides, and horse training. I do have a part time outside job as a dental aide, but horses are what I live and breathe... I put 100% into them, and i have big aspirations with them.
