New... Most common pests?

What are predators and pests that I need to keep a watch on? Besides the obvious coyotes and such.

Where i live dogs and raccoons.I have no coyotes in my area, but they are a big issue for many around the country.I guess it depends on where you live.

Not a predator, but certainly a pest - squirrels, rodents, and sparrows. They seem so cute and innocent at first, but then before you know it you are spending 3X as much on food.

My dogs have killed 6 ground squirrels in the past 6 months but they keep comin and every tree in my yard (many) has multiple sparrow nests in it. I surrounded my bird pens in hardwire cloth but those jerks are sneaky if there is ONE hole they will find it.

If you live in CA, ground squirrels will get your eggs, possibly your chicks. Also, domestic cats and dogs. Raccoons are very vicious and will even kill very large fowl. Crows, ravens, blackbirds, grackles will steal eggs and chicks sometimes.

My biggest pest problem is yellow rat snakes, they steal eggs like crazy!
