New nickname needed for the Milk Drinker

Bigs or Big Boy might work. He has always been at or above 98 percentile since he was born, in height and weight. He's bigger than most 4 year olds right now.

Who does your's take after?

Mine takes after me in height (I'm 6'1"), but gets the hefty and strong from DH's side of the family.

He's actually my grandson and he is 90% his mother's (who I adopted when she was 16) mini me. I have custody of him (agreed upon by his mom) and he's never met his dad. Hopefully he won't have his dad's propensity for repeated stays at the DOC...

Yeah, he really doesn't want to give them up, but I'm drying out and it hurts when he does nurse. I'm worried, even if I do wean him completely before the baby comes, that he'll get jealous once the baby becomes the new Milk Drinker and want them again. Honestly, I don't think he would have stopped nursing any time soon if I hadn't started putting limits on it when he was 20 months. At that point he was still waking 2-4 times a night to nurse and I was being driven batty by it.

If you really want what's best for him, you need to let him "titty break" himself. Momma messed my mind up by breaking me too soon and switching me to a bottle. Even now, I latch on to every one I can get my lips on and probably will for life!
