It's only day 16. Don't worry. In my experience, the first one to pip is never the first one to hatch, and usually sits for more than 24 hours before zipping.

If you're worried, try gently tapping on the egg next to your ear. You should hear a response. You can also try candling.

Shrinkwrapping isn't an instant thing. Just make sure you put a pipette or dropper full of water on a paper towel into your incubator the moment you open it. This will bring the humidity back up very quickly and dry out quickly enough that it doesn't add to the overall humidity.

You can take the egg out, tap on it, listen to it, and put it back in less than a minute.
