Have lurked on the board for about a year and learned so much. Just received on Monday my little flock. I am in Henry Tn and ordered from Mt Healthy. I have an equal mix of Auracana, black sex link, gold laced wandottes, barred rock and black astrolorp and one yellow packing peanut. I tried this 20 years ago with disasterous results, 30 roos and 20 pullets. No culls. I am having trouble distinguising Wyandottes from Araucanas. Can anyone post pics of chicks of those breeds? All arrived within 20 hours alive and well. Currently in a kiddie pool brooder, thanks all for brooder pics. Also don't know the breed of my packing peanut?
