I bet you didn't expect a peahen to come and visit you the day the stray came to stay! What an interesting/fun day that must have been!

I love your story and your pictures, your little peagroup is just precious! I love that she found just the perfect home and you very kindly got her some new fantastic friends!

Hi..I'm a new owner of 3 peafowl. A peahen came into our 2 wks ago. No owner has come forward. So I've been caring for her. We purchased a peacock (apprx 5mos) & peahen a little younger. My stray seems really happy with the babies here. I'm keeping the babies cooped until they've homed. The stray comes in the empty coop where they can eat & interact with each other through wire partition. I've always had birds,chickens, ducks, guineas. But this is my 1st time with peafowl. I came across BYC by chance will researching & glad I did. I'm sure I'll be asking questions & researching for answers. Here are pics of my majestic birds.
