New Pet Coming Home Today! (Betta Fish Thread!)

Pics
If they are put in a too small tank while they are still growing it can cause probolems like stunting, and put too much strain on the nitrgen cycle.
They are pretty healthy right now, moving them from the 1p gallon to the 29 gallon, they have grown a ton, my next step is Probobly a 75 gallon.

I have a purple veiltail betta. His name is Noodle the Guppy Slayer. He’s 3 years old. He lived in a 20 gallon, then a 29 gallon, but was moved when he ate a small guppy. He now lives in a 10 gallon (heated and filtered, of course) with an amano shrimp that I want to move but is very good at hiding.

I’m planning to change the gravel to black (the yellow gravel came with the tank) and put some more live plants in his tank.

This is Diamond.

She lived in a 29 gallon with a bunch of guppies. She acted just like a guppy and would always hog the peas that I gave them. She died when she got stuck in a decoration with a small hole at the back. She is still the prettiest betta I’ve ever had.
