Aww! That's adorable! She is one good mommy to raise ducks and accept chicks!

I have onen australorp hen and she is so funny. She tried going broody but is so big she smashed all her eggs.. Kinda clumsy

She also survived a dog attack when EVERY other chicken in her flock got caught by that dang dog

You know, I was a little nervous at first about introducing the chicks, but it worked out.

What I really found surprising was how the chicks immediately went to her. These are incubator chicks who never imprinted on a hen before, but they went right under her wings immediately, and they follow her and recognize her as "momma."
