Fantacies are quite rare, so you could probably sell them for up to $40 a piece.
They aren't much for anything but looking at. I don't think there's much there to eat!
We only have about 25 pigeons right now, but when I was younger and just starting a family, I had some 500 pigeons, plus 30 laying hens, some show chickens, rabbits, pigs, and calves all in my back yard, and I lived on Main street in a small town in Oklahoma.... Lynn
I have found that pigeons are the most forgiving easiest pets there are to raise, they are content with a minamal of requirements, they can adapt to almost any situation, will eat almost anything if they have to and the space requirements for a pair are marginal, of course you want to provide the best food and clean water and the most amount of space that you can, but I have seen pigeons raised quite contently in a cardboard box with wire over it as long as they have a dry place and clean water deep enough they can get their beak down into to drink and food they are content, Lynn
The price of a pigeon depends on if you have any buyers lol. For Example where I live most wouldnt give $5 for a pigeon. But I have laudinos and I have never seen any sell less than $75. I havent tried to sell any yet. Rarity, popularity and quality really set the price. I have ice pigeons, they are rare but not expensive. This is because they are not desired.
