I could be wrong, but my understanding is the bird needs to be drinking the mixed water solution for the full 7 days, even if you did "drench" (direct dose) her for 2-3 days, she still needs to drink the mixed water.
I can't say whether there's something bad in the Amprolium for you. I'm not a vet nor medical doctor.
I do know in the US there is no withdrawal period for Amprolium. I personally have used it for my birds and have never considered throwing out eggs, etc. while using it. IF I felt the need to treat one with Amprolium, I just treated all so I didn't have to separate birds.
Consulting your vet would be the best thing since they did the test and found the levels high - did they not recommend as course of treatment? If they didn't, then I would ask.
