I just copied your set up but please let me know how to do a floating ramp. I don't have any idea. I was thinking about putting bricks or something for them to stand on.
The pool is fiberglassed like a boat would be. My husband got good at doing that when we had a charter fishing boat. So, it's basically like an inside out boat. The drain is 2" ball valve and goes out the back of the run into our Leyland cypress trees who I'm sure will love the poo water.
I went to HD and got the concrete blocks yesterday. Boy are they heavier than I remembered! I put just a piece of the board on top of them to see if it would work and it works great. I have a longer board that I'll use on the whole front of the pool. There is enough of a lip of concrete block to support the plywood ramps which I will put shingles on.
I hoped to have it done today but we had a leak that had to be addressed. All those rocks in front will go on top of the landscape material with little river rock pebbles filling in once we get things situated.
