New problems arose, so firs post updated. ( need some help asap)

It came out on its own now. and I can't tell if the yolk sac isn't fully absorbed or now, since other parts are still stuck to its butt area (membrane, and what looks like normal waste)

Here is a picture of what I am looking at on it.

It is not fully absorbed. It needs to be left in the bator and hopefully it will absorb more on it's own as it drys out and the chick fluffs out. Make sure the other chicks to not start picking at it's bottom. Very bloody. Your temps and humidity have been off.

the yolk is all absorbed... one of my chicks looked like that and a very expirienced chicken owner said it was just left ove gunk that would fall of in a few hours... he was righ and it lived and grew into a beautiful hen

It is the only chick in the bator, so I am not worried about the other chicks.
And it probably will be the only chick for awhile, since the other one is a slow hatcher

I beg to differ. That is a rough navel where the yolk sac has not been fully absorbed from temps being off. It should be fine but needs to be left in the bator so it will finish absorbing and dry up.

My two cents from years of hatching

I agree with Tuffoldhen put ti back in the bator and let it finish up...if another one hatches before it is dried up and fallen off, make sure the other chick does not pick at it.
