New pullet not laying in nesting boxes, should I be concerned?

If you block off the underside of the poop boards, give it a few days and see if she moves to the nests (or if she just lays right in front of the blockade), and we can reassess from there. Hopefully just this much will encourage her to move to the nests instead!
Update! I put her in the box today when she was looking around the blocked off area of the coop for a spot to lay, she went in and out a couple times and then laid her egg in one of the boxes :wee

Also, it's another lighter egg! The first 2 are from Friday and Saturday, the last one is todays. So the previous lighter one was definitely hers. Curious to see if this is just a new layer phenomenon, or if she does this periodically.
