New pullets being bullied, will it work itself out?

I have 6 Hens and 8 pullets.2 of the hens are Austrolorps. They go after the pullets all the time, big time bullies.When the pullets reach egg laying stage it usually stops.Thatswhat I have noticed with my flock.

actually thats what happened.One of the pullets turned into a rooster..I call him Big Leg..I gave the aSTROORPS to my sone and a year later he gave them back.
