new rooster

    I have a male chick phoenix rooster and an old english who is full grown can they live together when my pheonix is older or are they going to have to have sperate coops and runs?

    I would separate them. Games are somewhat territorial, and the new roo could come out the worse for wear, especially since he's younger. Just IMHO, that is! [​IMG]

    Old english games aren't too bad.. It depends on how bossy the Old english game is, Now if its some other type of game (which are often called Old englishs) NEVER put them together, your phoenix would run himself to death trying to get away.... either way i'd keep them separate even if it were 2 phoenixs. but thats just me all of my pairs/trios are in separate pens then the others for breeding purposes (Showing... that way if a bunch are thrown with bad type.. i know what pair produces it)
