I am attaching a picture of three of my new chickens. The smallest one looks like she may be a little ill. They are all in quarantine together as they were together where I got them and I have limited space. The area around her eyes is pale and puffy. She alse had noisy breathing when she got a bath and nail trim. She sounds normal the rest of the time. No sneezing or anything. She does sit with her eyes closed more than the others. What might it be and what are possible treatments? I put some apple cider vinegar (tiny bit) in their water and put a tiny bit of oregano in the food. I was worried they may not eat and drink if I used too much. As I typed she just had a very loose stool as well.
