Hi, I owned chickens in a rural setting in the past, but I moved and didn't live where I could own them for a few years.
Now I moved into my own property in a new town and they aren't strictly prohibited, so we got some. I'm hoping to learn about how others deal with any particular challenges of having chickens in town, if there are any. Of course I don't want to motivate my neighbors to push for a ban on chickens!
Also, the birds I am familiar with aren't available, so my new flock is made of birds I am less familiar with. I may have questions about them, too. Research and experience are two different things.
