I really want to add a showgirl to my Silkie coop! You don’t see them at all in my area though. Those little fluff butts are so cute!!

Oooo I’m picking up a new little Silkie tomorrow. I couldn’t resist. It’s a color I don’t have yet.
Here is the one I chose and their rooster. There were a few different color hens with the rooster so I’m not sure which color hen she came from.

Out of my keepers, I only have Diamond left.
Unfortunately we had an incident with Hawks when the chicks were about 4 months old and she was the lone survivor of her siblings.
She is now 8 months old and just recently started laying.

She's so pretty!
I hate to hear bout the others! I cannot imagine how hard that would be!!!

Love the silkie Cochin cross. I have 14 of them and half thankfully turned out to be pullets. Can't wait for them to start laying so I can get the second generation!
